General
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description
We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. Delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
We employ the services of Paypal in order to accept payments securely. Paypal provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.
No goods will be despatched to the Customer until cleared payment has been received in full.
Guarantee All Rosalyn Thompson's jewellery is designed and finished by her and carries a guarantee. Our jewellery is warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which it is designed under fair wear and tear. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the free repair of any item of jewellery acknowledged by us to be faulty providing such faults have not been caused by misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
